MENTOR – MENTEE COMMITTEE

A mentor is a teacher, or an advisor who leads through guidance. Teachers play the role of mentors of students in their formative years by offering knowledge, insight and perspective to help students gain academic competence & practical skills. In Surendranath Law College, mentors play a significant role of guiding, moulding and counselling students to provide individual guidance and mentoring, not only towards the academic endeavours of students, but also towards their overall personality development, character building and grooming. The larger objective of the committee is to cater to the overall welfare of the student community and mould each mentee into fine professionals capable of discharging their societal obligations with distinction.

For each semester, the students are put under the care and guidance of mentors so that their feedback can be effectively recorded and requisite remedial actions undertaken as per need.
