EXAMINATION COMMITTEE

• To coordinate with faculty and staff-members regarding notification of university examination dates, form-fill up dates and distribution of admit-cards and complete these procedures in an efficient and time-bound manner.
• To coordinate with faculty and staff-members regarding notification of Project assignments and dates for project submission and complete these procedures in an efficient and time-bound manner.
• To collect Internal Examination Question papers from teachers of respective semesters and complete topic assignment of projects to students, within 15th September (July-Dec session) and 15th April (Jan-June session).
• To ensure submission of Internal Examination project assignments from students of respective semesters by 15th December ((July-Dec session) and 15th June ((Jan-June session).
• To ensure the timely completion of evaluation of project assignments and marks submission of Internal Assessment of all semesters as per university notification.

• To coordinate with faculty and staff-members regarding notification of university examination dates, form-fill up dates and distribution of admit-cards and complete these procedures in an efficient and time-bound manner.
• To prepare the Invigilation duty chart and oversee tasks related to the examinees’ seating arrangement.
• To brief the teachers and non-teaching staff regarding their invigilation duties and disciplinary code of conduct in the examination hall in order to ensure a fair and smooth examination process.
• To coordinate with the non-teaching staff to ensure that necessary stationery, like answer sheets, threads tags are made available to examinees.
• To bring any discrepancy related to examination to the notice of the Teacher-in-Charge/Vice Principal immediately.
