B.A. LL.B

List of Documents required for physical verification by the college at the time of admission:

• Downloaded College Admission Form.

• University Application Form.

• University Admission Slip and duly filled-up Declaration Form.

• Admit Card and Marksheet of Madhyamik or equivalent Examination.

• Marksheet of Higher Secondary or equivalent Examination.

• Original School Leaving Certificate.

• Caste Certificate/ EWS certificate (latest financial year), if any (original and copy.)

• Disability (PWD) Certificate. (original and copy)

• Aadhaar Card.

• Original Income Certificate of Guardian (Issued by SDO, BDO, IT Return, Form-16, First Class Judicial Magistrate, Executive Officer).

• Coloured Passport Size Photographs of Candidate and Guardian.

• If a candidate is admitted in another College under University of Calcutta must bring Registration Certificate and Original College Transfer Certificate.

• If a candidate is admitted in another college under other university must bring original Migration Certificate.

• Downloaded filled-up Anti-ragging Form/ affidavit.

• Any other document notified by the college.

B.A.LL.B.(Hons):

Documents required for physical verification by the college at the time of admission:

• Copy of duly filled up College admission form.

• Admit Card of Madhyamik (original and copy).

• Marksheet of Higher secondary (original and copy)

• Last Semester Marksheet (original and copy).

• Admission payment slip (copy).

• Original School Leaving Certificate.

• Caste Certificate/ EWS certificate (latest financial year), if any (original and copy.)

• Disability (PWD) Certificate. (original and copy)

• Income Certificate of guardian in original.

• Caste certificate/ EWS (latest financial year)/ PWD certificate if any (original and copy).

• Transfer certificate from college in original in case candidate coming from different college.

• University registration certificate (original and copy).

• Anti ragging declaration in the format provided in the college website duly notarized.

• 3 copies of passport size photo of the student and 1 copy passport size photo of guardian.

• Any other document notified by the college.

• Candidates are directed to pay the admission fees through online portal and collect payment slip before appearing for physical verification/ admission. Fee structure for B.A. LL.B. (Honours) course (existing student/ students from other institution) is available in the college website and or notified by the college.

Document to be Uploaded: (while application to Calcutta University):

• Self-attested photo copy of Bachelor of Law final Year Pass Mark Sheet (if final mark sheet is not consolidated then all mark sheet in a single file.).

• Self-attested photo copy of EWS/SC/ST/OBC-A/OBC-B certificate if applicable obtained from Govt. of West Bengal only. (Certificate from other state will apply as General Candidate)

• Self-attested photocopy copy of PWD Certificate if applicable.

• In-Service Police Personnel Certificate from competent authority.
